Each week, Vegano Members get to curate their fresh, plant-based meals. Need to pause your account for an extended period of time? No problem, you can do that by:

  1. Logging into your Vegano account

  2. Go to My Account

  3. Click the Pause Account button

What does it mean to pause your account?

  • You won’t receive deliveries or get billed while your account is paused.

  • If you'd like to receive a one-off delivery, log into your Vegano account and unskip the individual weeks you'd like a delivery for. You will be billed for these un-skipped boxes.

  • When you’re ready to make your account active again, all you have to do is click the Reactivate Account button in your account page
